Problems Ordering
I have ordered once before and I keep getting an error: Account already exists
When ever you check out as a guest- a temporary account is set up for you based on your email address (even if you select to checkout as a guest instead of creating an account). However, we do not store any of your billing information. Any time you Check Out as a Guest- a temporary password will be emailed to you. The email sometimes shows up in the spam folder- so make sure to check it. Otherwise, if you click Forgot My Password- you can reset it and continue with your new order.
This setting is there to protect your information and ensure quick check outs. However, we encourage our customers to create an account and select their own passwords when checking out. It makes future orders that much quicker! (We do not spam email, or store billing information- so there is no reason not too!)
